Shipping policy

Each registered order will receive tracking information with Australia Post or by a carrier chosen by Sendle postal service via the email they provided. 

Orders will be processed usually within 24-48 hours of ordering and usually arrive if in AUS with in 3-6 days of shipping. 

Public Holidays, please expect a possible slight delay as everything is made in house and orders increase greatly. 

HMI Pty Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Delays in Australia Post or Courier shipping 
  • International duties or custom charges
  • Lost or damaged or marked delivered items
  • Parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure via registered post.
